Online recruitment challenges
Your future talent reveals itself by rising to a challenge.
MySkillz runs online challenges built around the profession you’re targeting. They help you attract, pre-screen and recruit hard‑to‑find talent, and make your name known in that field.
The first step is a free, no-obligation one-hour meeting where we choose the target profession together.

The reality
The people you need no longer answer job ads
Nurses, accountants, technicians, developers… The best are already in work or still studying. To reach them, you need a different approach.
When a candidate applies, their CV doesn’t tell you whether they have really mastered the job.

The solution
An online challenge dedicated to one profession, open to students and professionals alike
You choose the profession and the quiz topic. We then attract targeted participants through several channels, and their scores let you identify the best.
-
Questions written by a panel of experts
The panel is made up of your own experts and lecturers, which keeps the quiz close to the reality of the job.
-
Categories tailored to you
You decide who takes part: students, professionals and, if you wish, your own staff in an internal category.

What it takes on your side
- Approve the topic and the questions
- Appoint 2 or 3 panel members
- Help promote the campaign
What you get
-
A pre-assessed talent pool
The challenge acts as a first selection round. You receive the ranking of participants: score, status (student or professional), school or company, region, contact details and LinkedIn profile. You then contact the participants you’re interested in.
-
A visible employer brand
For several months, your name reaches professionals and students in the field through social media, email campaigns, schools and the trade press.
-
Engaged teams
With an internal category, your own staff take part too, and you sometimes discover skills you didn’t know they had.
From the campaign launch to the prize‑giving, the challenge gets people talking about you.
-
Before
The challenge website goes live, the campaign starts on social media and by email, and schools spread the word.
-
During
Participants play, share their score and tell the people around them about the challenge.
-
After
The final and the ceremony give you content to share with the press, on your social media and at job fairs.
Candidates come to you of their own accord, without feeling they’re being cold-called.
A good professional who is already employed doesn’t answer job ads, but they do want to know whether they are among the best in their field. Your challenge gives them that opportunity, and they associate your name with the experience.
